Some people live to work and others work to live. I work and live to travel. Not the business trip variety mind. That I loath. But a great getaway, whether for the summer or an afternoon, is always in order. And I have particularly enjoyed seeing Spain.
I have a goal to get to each of the 50 provinces and 2 autonomous cities of Spain. I figure that way I will have a rather good feel for the country. My original plan was a bit more specific, the 50 provincial capitals. I discovered that this would not necessarily provide me with the intimate knowledge of the peninsula that I seek. The village way of life is just too integral. Besides, a couple of the capitals really are not worth the price of the ticket. Guadalajara anyone?
